“Hello Marcie,
Our family returned a week ago Sunday from our cruise – Freedom of the Seas, Western Caribbean.  The trip was fantastic!  The kids loved it.  We didn’t tell them they were going until the morning we left to drive down to Port Canaveral.  They could not have been more surprised.  Our cabin was perfect; we all fit in there without stepping on one another.  The ports were excellent and the food was abundant and outstanding!  Labadee, Fallmouth, Cayman and Cozumel were all amazing.  We enjoyed each island more than the last.  It didn’t rain one day.  Andrea and I had fun without feeling tied down with the kids.  We broke off for dinner alone a couple nights.  All in all, it was a very good time.
Thank you and Magic Happens so much for helping to make this family trip of a lifetime possible.  You were on point with your suggestions and advice.  The vanilla bean cupcakes were a nice touch (my son had to be kept to a one-a-day cupcake limit…).  We are so grateeful that we partnered with Magic Happens Travel for this trip.  We will refer anyone who asks us to use your agency (and have already begun to do that).  It goes without saying that this won’t be the last time we use you.  We’re already investigating our next epic trip.  The new Quantum of the Seas (Nov 2014) has peaked our interest; please let us know when information about the ship and bookings is released by the cruiseline.
Thanks again and God Bless,”

“Dear Michael:
Joan and I want to thank you for arranging the wonderful trip to Alaska. This was truly one of our favorite trips, and we are so appreciative for the excellent planning and advice you gave us.
Your suggestion for an extra day in Anchorage was exactly the right thing to do. We enjoyed the time there, as well as feeling rested when we joined the tour on Monday. Our stays in beautiful Talkeetna and Denali were great, and the train rides to both places most enjoyable, with wonderful meals. The highlight of that part of the tour had to be the day spent in Denali National Park. The scenery was spectacular and the many sigh tings of wildlife was almost unbelievable. We could not get over our luck to have seen fourteen grizzly bears, as well as many caribou, bull moose, red foxes, etc. It was the experience of a lifetime. The day in Fairbanks was a little rainy, but did not interfere with our plans at all. In fact, that was the only rain we saw the entire two weeks. I cannot begin to praise enough the professionalism of the guides. They attended to all our needs, were most informative, and fun throughout.
The second week on the Radiance of the Seas was perfect. Wonderful accommodations, good food, and more breath-taking scenery. We are so glad you suggested the float plane ride over the glaciers. That was not only beautiful, but at the lodge where we ate delicious salmon, we had the fun of watching the black bear that wandered into the back
yard.
It was a fantastic trip, and again, Michael, we are grateful to you for your usual expertise in planning it for us. We look forward to the next vacation you arrange for us.”

“My husband and I just returned from the most wonderful vacation at the Excellence Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Thank you, Debbie, for finding such a fantastic place for us! We never would have found this without your help. We’re already talking about a return trip, so you can expect another call from us.”

“We are heavy duty travelers and Magic Happens Travel has been our agent for over a decade. We have not had an error in ticketing or reservations because they take the time to carefully review the itinerary with you. Plus, they’ve saved us a lot of money by searching for the best travel alternative.”

“My first positive impression of Magic Happens Travel came in 2003 when I was surfing the net one night looking for a travel destination. I requested some information on a destination and was surprised when I received an immediate response from Magic Happens Travel owner Michael Weil, who was putting in another of his frequent late nights at the office. Since that time, Magic Happens Travel has become our trusted source of travel information and planning. They know when to go, where to stay, and what to do to get the most for your travel dollars.
My wife and I are retired and thought that travel to exotic locations may be beyond our means, but Magic Happens Travel has guided us to delightful
adventures and destinations in the Caribbean, Europe, Australia, Tahiti, and the Mediterranean. And Magic Happens Travel already has set up for us a Switzerland and Rhine River trip for the fall and a South American cruise next spring.
My wife Gail and I thought we had seen most of what the Caribbean had to offer by taking several whirlwind cruises of the eastern, western and southern Caribbean. Sure, we had visited the islands and could say that we’d been there, done it; but something was missing. When Debbie Kaiser at Magic Happens Travel helped us realize that there was much more of the islands to experience and to enjoy after the cruise ships depart at 5 PM for the next port of call, it was an awakening and the start of a wonderful series of island adventures. All the Caribbean islands offer beautiful beaches and views of the ocean, but Debbie took into account our travel life style, budget, and interests and set up wonderful, reasonably priced one-week vacations to truly unique destinations in Aruba, St. Thomas, and St. Marten that we never would have found on our own.”

“Hi Debbie –
Just had to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Jamaica and what a beautiful wedding Shannon had! It was the ONLY day that we were there that it didn’t rain in the afternoon. A perfectly clear day, and a wedding that was
beyond anyone’s expectations. I don’t know IF you’ve heard anything from Shannon yet. They will be staying another week. But I DID want you to know how smoothly everything went, how pleased both Shannon and I were with EVERYTHING, an
d you can count us in with the group of “Extremely Satisfied Customers”!! Hope you have a great week, and thank you again for all of your behind-the-scenes work.”

“Debbie is an extremely attentive and helpful agent. She is more than willing to go that extra mile to help you get the most of what you want for your vacation. She has been to so many resorts and great locations, which makes her more
knowledgeable than many other agents. We were recommended to Debbie from a great friend, and we have and will continue
to recommend and use Debbie for all our travel endeavors!”

“I wanted to take a few minutes after our FANTASTIC Africa trip to thank you and your staff at Magic Happens Travel for all the prep work you put in before we left, the magnificent personal service provided during the trip, your concern for the four of us who were taking an extra trip after you and the major group returned and the central repository you set up for us to share pictures. We enjoyed taking them and found it fun to share with others who
were also proud of their pictures. This makes the 5th or 6th trip we’ve taken with you and the NC Bar and, of
course Lisa took our daughters on a European River boat cruise that you arranged, so we have had significant experience with Magic Happens. The work you do for the group, the work you’ve done for us individually, and the
welcome personal friendship we have established combine to make our trips effortless, memorable and truly the vacations we wanted.”

“My husband Eric and I have had two incredibly PERFECT vacations at Sandals Resorts thanks to Debbie Kaiser with Magic Happens Travel! Debbie helped us plan and book our honeymoon to Sandals Montego Bay in 2004. Having never been to Jamaica, or Sandals, we were clueless about which resort to choose. Debbie gave us detailed information on each Sandals Resort in Jamaica and recommended several different options based upon our budget, interests and length of stay. Thanks to Debbie’s great advice, we ended up choosing Montego Bay because we were looking for lots of fun and
entertainment and a variety of things to do on the resort! We were so pleased with the whole experience, that we contacted Debbie to plan another Sandals vacation for our 4-year wedding anniversary. With Debbie’s help, we chose Sandals Dunn’s River, which was the perfect place for a more laid back, romantic vacation and gave us a chance to see more of Jamaica! We love booking with Debbie because her knowledge and expertise is truly unmatched, and she does all the thinking for us! While we were at Dunn’s River, we met another couple who were unhappy with their room at another resort down the road and wished they had come to Dunn’s River instead. We were so glad that we booked with Debbie because she told us exactly what to expect, and she was right! We will never book another vacation without
calling Debbie first!!”

“We just got back from another great vacation. This time it was a cruise to Bermuda. The cruise was our first, and all the info Debbie provided us made everything go very smoothly. The cruise was very nice ,enjoyable, and relaxing. Our two days in Bermuda were quite wonderful, and we could not believe how easy it was to get on and off the ship
while it was docked in Bermuda. A few years back on our first trip we wanted to go somewhere in the Caribbean, and Debbie suggested an all inclusive resort in the Bahamas. It was great. Later for our 25th anniversary, she suggested an all inclusive resort in the Mayan Riviera which was phenomenal. We were thinking of going elsewhere initially, but she knew we would get a lot more for our money in Mexico with a lot of all inclusive resorts to choose from. She has taken the time to know our likes and dislikes; and because of that, she has always come through for us. In fact we already have her working on a future trip for us that will include some of our family. They insisted on going on a trip with us because our trips have been so wonderful”

“I must write and say that I can’t imagine getting any better service from a travel agent than Debbie. I found her a few years ago when I got engaged and had my heart set on getting married at Sandals. I surfed the net for Sandals
information and found that Magic Happens Travel is a Sandals Specialist. I was a bit apprehensive since I did not reside in the same city as MHT but decided to call and get some information just the same. I spoke with Debbie that day on the phone and have been a loyal customer ever since. Debbie helped me plan my wedding, gave me expert advice on
Sandals, and was a great source of information overall. I am very detailed orientated and I had 20 questions for Debbie very week and she always answered them with pleasure. Our trip was wonderful and with Debbie’s help every
thing went beautifully and without problems. Since this trip we have booked several others with Debbie and have been more impressed each time. My husband and I have now moved to Ohio and we still use Debbie for all out vacations!! I have also referred several of my friends that live in various states and all have been very pleased. Debbie and Magic Happens Travel keep up the good work and thanks for everything!”

“We have used Magic Happens Travel more than ten years. In 2003 we asked Debbie to set up cruise for our 50th wedding anniversary. She made sure all our cabins were close to each other, all of our group eat at the same time each
evening. She did an outstanding job for us, the entire group had a great time. We really could not have had a better trip than this but later we did! Because of Debbie we ask that she plan a cruise/tour to Alaska for us and this was truly an experience of a life time for each of us. We still talk of this trip. You tell Debbie at Magic Happens Travel what you would like to do an she can come up with a plan for you be it a seven day cruise or fourteen cruise/tour to Alaska or Europe. You are in good hands with Magic Happens Travel and the crew there.”

“We now have been on about a half dozen trips put together by Magic Happens. Without exception, every one has been very well planned, with fine ships and hotels, great ports and stops, and memorable guides. The acid test came on the Africa trip when the bus driver failed to pick us up. With no advance notice, Michael was able in two foreign countries to find us rooms in Jburg (convenient to the airport, and in an Intercontinental, no less), arrange for our flight rebooking, and even to have the train in Zambia run off-schedule so we did not miss what was one of the highlights of the trip. The owners also are great fun as traveling companions, and obviously enjoy the trips more than “just business” to them. Our ultimate compliments to Magic Happens are that we keep coming back, and that we chose the Company to plans the honeymoons for our sons, both of whom are getting married this year.”

“Magic Happens has been the long time travel agent for the NC Barr Association. Any agency can sell a product, but it
is the outstanding service that makes it work for our members. Not only do we travel as an organization, but we also know our members go back to arrange their travel with Magic Happens. That says a lot!!
I think the success of the agency is driven by the personal attention given to all clients by the owner/manager, Michael Weil.”

“We have been very happy repeat customers of Magic Happens Travel since going on our first cruise in 2003, which was the Alaska Brew Cruise. We wanted to get married during the cruise and Michael recommended a wedding
planner in Juneau, Alaska. The wedding was held in the beautiful Glacier Gardens Rainforest and it was just perfect. After, we joined the rest of the brew cruisers at the Alaskan Brewery for lots of great beer. We were on two other Alaskan Brew Cruises that Magic Happens arranged in 2007 and 2008. It is really fun traveling with other beer lovers and the special beer-themed excursions are top notch. Both Michael and Marcie are extremely knowledgeable and excellent to work with. We have been on 20-25 cruises since the 2003 Brew Cruise and would not even consider using another travel agency.”

“Debbie Does The Caribbean Again! …No, it’s not the title of a porno flick, it means that you have again put us on a great vacation spot in the Caribbean. The Grand Case Resort was wonderful. I’m attaching
a photo of the view from our room, and the view in the other direction was wonderful too. It was a great value for the buck, and we met a number of people who annually return to this resort. The resort has a welcoming cocktail party
on Monday nights so that guests can meet and mingle.
While some travelers may want to be more near the activity and shopping center of Marigot or on the Dutch side, this location at Grand Case was exactly what we were looking for. There were great restaurants in walking distance to the resort, and the Sunset Cafe at the resort also was very good. Thanks for sending us the information on recommended restaurants in the area. One of them that you recommended Spiga’s was probably our overall favorite, and they accepted dollars equal to euros, which made it even a better value.
You asked us to let you know other restaurants in Grand Case that we tried and enjoyed so that you could share these with others. Topping the list was Spiga’s, which was just a short walk from the resort’s main gate. We also
enjoyed eating at Tastevin, which was right on the beach and had a wonderful view and delicious food. We ordered their “Tourist Special” which included soup or salad, an appetizer, 1/2 bottle of wine, a choice of two great entrees,
dessert, and coffee all for 45 euros pp. Across the street from Tastevin was Bistrot Cariabes, a very popular but more pricey fine dining restaurant. And lastly, we would recommend the experience of eating at the local Lolo. This is
where the locals and visitors mass to eat mainly pork baby back ribs, chicken, and seafood cooked over open flames. It is tasty creole style food at a great price; they also accept dollars (cash) equal to euros. We met some warm, friendly local people there and enjoyed the experience.
We are looking forward to having another winter vacation in the Caribbean next year and will be in touch with you to select a location and to make those arrangements.”
