16 years ago, our owner, Michael Weil, took over 25 years of hotel experience and started Magic Happens Travels & Cruises. Motivated by his love for travel and the hospitality industry, Michael joined forces with the very team that still works in the Magic Happens Travels & Cruises office all these years later.

This close-knit squad is a truly special and unique group of people that brings a variety of experiences to the table. Our small business structure allows us the advantage of being able to take many “familiarization trips.” Which basically means…we get to go on vacations and scope out the goods. Sounds fun, right?
